In order to apply the provisions of Article 6 / c, d, m of the Communications Act No. 13 of 1995, as amended, the Commission issued instructions to apply the regulatory framework for quality control in 14/02/2006 in order to measure and control the quality of telecommunications services provided by telecommunications companies to the beneficiaries of these services in the Jordanian market, and then publish the quality information to the public in order for the beneficiaries of telecommunications services (and they are very large segment of the Jordanian society) to see the level of quality provided to them.
Conditions for obtaining service
In case the complaint hasn’t been solved by the licensed telecommunications companies it can be contacted to the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission by the toll-free number for complaints (117000) at the Department of Beneficiaries Affairs then it will be passed to the quality services department to follow it up by the technical team of specialist that examined the complaint area by specialized measuring devices then follow-up the company concerned to solve the problem, if any .Notes
